Initial Consultation
Prior to scheduling an appointment, you and I will have a brief phone conversation. During this conversation, we will discuss what you are looking for, and I will answer any questions that you have about my practice.
The first three therapy sessions will be used for me to get to know you and also for us to get a sense of how well we work together. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and I will help you identify important themes. During our third session, we will consider our work together thus far and if we are a good fit.
Payment and Insurance
Payment is made at the end of each session. I’m currently not paneled with any insurance panels and am considered an “out of network provider.”
If you are interested in using your insurance coverage, please contact your insurance and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
How much is my deductible?
How much will I be reimbursed for each session?
Is there a limit to how many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
I will provide you with any necessary documentation required for your reimbursement.
